1. About This Report

The "2025 i-SENS Sustainability Report" is the third official Sustainability Report published by the Company. This report is the Company's first global-standard report to reference both GRI Standards 2021 and EU European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) Double Materiality, and to incorporate independent third-party assurance.

2. Reporting Standards

This report adopts GRI Standards 2021 as its primary reporting framework, prepared "in accordance with the GRI Standards." For medical device industry-specific disclosures, the Company applied the SASB Medical Equipment & Supplies indicators, and for climate- and nature-related information, the Company referenced the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards S1 and S2 (IFRS S1·S2), and Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD) v1.0. To respond to global supply chain ESG requirements, the Company reviewed the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) Ten Principles, the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and ESRS key indicators, and global customer requirements. Pre-alignment items with the Korea Sustainability Standards Board (KSSB) standards are disclosed separately in the appendix.

3. Reporting Scope

The primary data disclosure scope of this report is the performance of i-SENS' domestic business sites (Seocho Headquarters, Wonju Plant, Songdo Plant, and Songdo No. 2 Plant). The main business areas are Blood Glucose Monitoring (BGM), Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM), and Point-of-Care Testing (POCT) medical devices. Items with different reporting boundaries, such as financial data, product responsibility, global regulatory approvals, and subsidiary-related data, are indicated by separate footnotes within the relevant table or at the bottom of the body text.

4. Reporting Period

The quantitative information contained in this report covers activities from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025. However, to reflect information up to the publication date, major changes after the reporting period—such as Board of Directors composition, the independent third-party assurance statement, certification status, and the publication date—include information from the first half of 2026; for such items, a separate reference date is specified to distinguish them from information based on the reporting period. Certain key indicators are disclosed alongside three-year comparisons with 2023–2024 for trend readability. As a rule, this report is published annually, and the 2025 Sustainability Report was published in June 2026.

5. Assurance

To secure the reliability and fairness of this report, the Company completed assurance by Korea Management Registrar (KMR), an independent third-party assurance provider with no stake in i-SENS.
