Stakeholder Engagement

Under the SENSE for LIFE philosophy, i-SENS actively communicates with seven key stakeholder groups through diverse, dedicated channels, incorporating their feedback directly into our core management activities. In accordance with the GRI 2-29 standard, this chapter reviews the identified stakeholder groups, their specific communication policies, key activities conducted in 2025, and the integrated results of how stakeholder opinions drive our sustainability agenda.

1. Stakeholder Communication Policy (GRI 2-29)

The Company identifies seven key stakeholder groups and operates communication activities tailored to each group's interests. Customers are interested in product and service quality, safe product use, and accurate product information; the Company responds by handling customer issues, providing customized product design and development services, and strengthening communication through diverse channels such as blogs and YouTube. Shareholders and investors are interested in economic performance, operational transparency, risk management, and sustainability management agendas (environmental, social, and governance); the Company responds through communication and performance sharing with shareholders and investors and disclosure of financial performance through business reports. Employees are interested in a safe and healthy work environment, education and career development, employment and benefits, and labor-management relations; the Company responds by strengthening and diversifying performance compensation systems, improving the work environment and providing opportunities for management-employee communication, and expanding training and capability-strengthening programs. Suppliers are interested in fair trade, shared growth, and worker human rights protection; the Company responds by providing regular communication and cooperation opportunities including meetings, and communication and audits through a supply chain ESG portal. Government and regulators are interested in compliance, fair trade, and safety and health; the Company responds by strengthening the internal control system, embedding the Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) system, and strengthening the information security system. Local communities are interested in local hiring and revitalization of the local economy; the Company responds through community contribution activities such as donation and volunteering, regional economic revitalization, and community-tailored problem-solving activities. Finally, NGOs are interested in social responsibility regarding local communities and the environment, support and compliance with global initiatives, and transparent and prompt information disclosure; the Company responds through UNGC participation activities.

2. Stakeholder Communication Activities and Results

In 2025, the Company conducted diverse communication activities with seven key stakeholder groups. Below, the existing communication channels, newly added activities, and results are summarized by group.

On the customer side, the Company operated basic channels including a main phone line, KakaoTalk, email, and website inquiries, while also operating promotional channels such as blog, YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn. As a result, customers can more easily reach the Company, and the strength of conveying product information has further solidified.

On the shareholder and investor side, the Company disclosed the agenda and results of the General Shareholders' Meeting and operated IR news, FAQ, disclosure materials, financial information, and IR meeting booking channels through the IR page. As a result, investors can more easily access necessary information, and the transparency of management information has increased.

On the employee side, the Company operated labor-management councils at each business site and at the company-wide level, holding quarterly regular meetings, and additionally established grievance handling channels and external expert counseling programs. This established a system for broadly gathering employee opinions and improving grievances.

On the supplier side, the Company delivered the Supplier ESG Manual and conducted periodic ESG audits and management for major raw and subsidiary material suppliers. In addition, the Company operated regular monitoring through surveys, on-site due diligence, and external audits, along with procedures for notifying results and requesting supplementation, further systematizing the overall supply chain ESG management framework.

On the government and regulator side, the Company established three information security guidelines and conducted regular security audits, operated an information security organizational system, and disclosed the ISO 27001 certification status. This strengthened the Company's response capabilities for information security and internal control.

On the local community side, the Company carried out community contribution activities in the fields of medical and health promotion and education and human resource development, and continued community-linked activities such as medical supply support, sponsorship of patient associations, and provision of overseas medical volunteer supplies. As a result, the Company contributed to community health promotion and expanded the scope of its social responsibility.

On the NGO side, the Company joined the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) to prepare and submit Communication on Progress (CoP) and declared its support for global initiatives including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the International Labour Organization (ILO), and OECD Guidelines. In addition, the Company transparently communicated its activities for community and environmental responsibility and operated cooperation channels with external institutions and civil society. This clearly demonstrated the Company's commitment to complying with global ESG standards and expanded the trust of external stakeholders.

3. Incorporation of Stakeholder Opinions — Integrated Results

The Company reflects the opinions gathered through communication with key stakeholders into management activities across six areas. On the customer support side, multiple channels were operated to strengthen customer inquiry accessibility and improve product information delivery. On the investor communication side, the transparency of management information was enhanced through the General Shareholders' Meeting and IR page. With regard to employees, labor-management councils, grievance handling channels, and external expert counseling programs were operated to establish a grievance handling framework. On the supply chain management side, the Supplier ESG Manual, periodic audits, and external

audits were used to systematize the management framework. On the information security side, the three information security guidelines and regular security audits were conducted, and the ISO 27001 certification framework was operated. On the community contribution side, the Company expanded the scope of activities to medical and health promotion, education and human resource development, and overseas medical volunteering.
