The Company integrally manages the seven metrics of ESRS S3 (Affected Communities) (S5-1 to S5-7) based on its "Community Contribution Activity Guidelines" (Document No. 6020-01, revised January 1, 2025), and strengthened win-win community relations by spending a total of KRW 259.69 million in 2025 on community contributions (KRW 296.9 million; consisting of KRW 76.4 million in cash donations and KRW 183.29 million in in-kind donations). The proportion of expenditures with local suppliers (GRI 204-1) is separately disclosed in the "Sustainable Supply Chain" chapter.
The "Community Engagement Activity Guidelines" (S5-1), which serve as the criteria for community contribution, were revised and have been in effect since January 1, 2025, defining community contribution activities and operating principles (voluntariness, continuity, employee participation, community cooperation, and alignment with the medical device core business), types of sponsorship (cash, in-kind, and direct employee participation), cooperation channels, and the evaluation and monitoring framework. Based on these guidelines, the Company is establishing its mid- and long-term community contribution goals for 2026 (S5-2) along three axes: expansion of the IFEZ resident company collaboration network, deepening of a long-term partnership with the Korean Diabetes Association, and strengthening of community contribution models combined with its medical device core identity.
The Company discloses its 2025 community contribution activities in three categories: direct employee participation, external sponsorship and linked campaigns, and in-kind and service sponsorship. Among these, the direct employee participation activities (2.1) combine the responsibility of being a resident company of the Incheon Free Economic Zone (IFEZ) with the identity of a medical device company; the three activities conducted in 2025 are summarized using the standard 5 elements (date, place, attendees, content, results).
Hyun-Jun Oh, Senior Vice President of i-SENS, attended the agreement ceremony for "Happy Study Room Season 7," hosted by the IFEZ and the Incheon Regional Headquarters of ChildFund Korea (Green Umbrella), and formally participated in the program to improve the learning environment for children and youths in vulnerable households in old downtown areas. Ten IFEZ resident companies (i-SENS, Merck Korea, Janssen Vaccines, etc.) jointly support wallpapering, flooring, lighting, and educational equipment.
"This is a meaningful project that provides children with opportunities for learning and care. We have stated our intention to continue cooperation for the harmonious development of new towns and old downtown areas."

The Company's donation and in-kind support amount expanded from KRW 30 million in 2022 to KRW 259.69 million in 2025, growing approximately 8.7 times compared with 2022.
All three direct employee participation activities are not simple donation-type but direct employee participation-type, combining the IFEZ resident company community (study rooms and briquette sharing), a long-term partnership with the Korean Diabetes Association (Blue Run), and the medical device core identity (donation of blood glucose meters) into a sustainable model. These activities contribute to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs), including quality education (study rooms), good health and well-being (support for diabetic patients), and poverty alleviation and local win-win cooperation (briquette sharing), and were reflected in the ESG evaluation report to the Board of Directors on November 24, 2025.
For fiscal year 2025, there are no cases of community infrastructure investment or service support.
Cases of infringement of local residents' rights (S5-5) and sites with significant negative impacts on the community (S5-6) were confirmed to be 0 cases and 0 sites, respectively.
